⚖️ Requester Platform Declarations

As a Requester you are a platform member — not an employee. You are responsible for ensuring your requests comply with the laws of your country. TravelLoot's AI compliance engine checks every item, but you bear final legal responsibility for what you request.

I consent to identity verification of my government ID and selfie through Stripe Identity. I confirm my uploaded ID is genuine, unaltered, and belongs to me. I am 18 years of age or older.

I understand that every item I request is checked by TravelLoot's AI compliance engine against customs laws of both countries. I agree to only request items that are approved by the system and accept that blocked item attempts are logged and timestamped.

I understand my payment is held in escrow and released to the carrier only after I confirm receipt by QR scan. I agree not to file a false dispute on a completed delivery. False disputes are a violation of my platform agreement and may be reported to law enforcement.

I agree to TravelLoot's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Requester Agreement. I understand I am a Verified Platform Member — not an employee of TravelLoot Inc.

I declare under penalty of perjury that all information I have provided is true, accurate, and complete. I will not use TravelLoot to request illegal, prohibited, or restricted goods. I understand TravelLoot will cooperate with law enforcement and pursue civil action against me if I breach this declaration.
